AI can explain anxiety, trauma, attachment, boundaries, and relationships. Sometimes it gives useful language for what you are experiencing.
But it does not know the history of your relationships, the cost of your decisions, the way you avoid conflict, or the pattern you keep repeating while trying to understand it.
The work is not getting one more answer. The work is figuring out why the answers have not changed your life.
